Continue to Ezio's travel toward Venezia, he arive at the port, only to find out about the pass needed to enter Venezia. While he thinking how to getthrough the guard, he hears woman voice, asking help from little island nearby. Ezio rush to help her by using boat and help her get ashore. To repay his kindness, the woman ask how she can repay. Ezio asking if she can help him to get a pass to Venezia, and she agreed. The woman then talk to the guard, and after that the guard willing to let Ezio go to Venezia. He also ask forgiveness to Ezio, for not knowing that Ezio know The woman. Feeling confused, Ezio aboard the boat with Leonardo. Leonardo then tell Ezio who the woman is, wife of the Lord of Forli.
        Then vision began to blurry as Desmond goes back to the present, as the team wants him to rest before he using Animus too long and having symptoms. He then asked by Lucy to try his skill in present day, skill he obtained through using Animus. Desmond showing remarkable progress of obtaining his ancestor skill and can use it in present day with ease. After seeing that, Lucy then asked him to rest for the day. Agreed to her, Desmond began walking to his bed, when the problem arising. He see illusion of people wearing templar armor, and a man whose running from fim. And suddenly, Desmond became Altair again, goes back to the past without Animus, as if he Journey Through Time.

After Jacopo death, Exio find out that his new enemy, Barbarigo, is in Venesia across the sea. In the middle of his journey to the port, he meets Leaonardo, and decide to travel together to Venesia, only to be chased by Barbarigo army, setting fire in his road.

Three of Jacopo lackey is dead. Now the time to kill the last one, Archbishop Francesco Salviati. He hide in his own villa, guarded and waiting for Ezio to come. Ezio will be aided by his uncle army this time, wanting him to penetra thw villa while they attract guards. The last piece of Jacopo location is in front of his eyes  Only one more before your death Jacopo.

After the first died, Ezio found another Jacopo's lackey at the tallest building in town, surrounded by other tall building guarded by archer. He stand tall above the other, confident that no one will stand taller than he, yet his death stand taller than him.

When the enemy, Jacopo know death approach him, he hide in fear leaving no trace for Ezio to find, as if he disappear from this world. Though, he might be leaving no trace, his lackey can be seen in broad light, waiting for Ezio to visit them, One By One.

Ezio saved Head of Medici Family with hope the trone won't fall to The Pazzi. Yet they try to take the city by eliminating Medici soldier and make people raising in the name of freedom, rendering saving Medici meaningless. The city in chaos and the two family soldier clash at each other. Then The Medici give Ezio a mission regarding Head of The Pazzi family, Francessco de'Pazzi. Ezio agreed and jump from roof to roof and find Francessco in a high building, cheerfully seeing his soldier fight and hoping to claim the throne.
